Every babysitter and coach uploads identity documents and any relevant credentials before they can list. Our team reviews each application manually before the profile goes live. Suspended accounts are blocked at the auth layer — even with a valid token they can't take bookings.
When you book, your card is authorized — but not charged. The provider has to complete the job, and a 2-hour grace window passes, before the funds are captured. If something goes wrong before that, refunds happen automatically.
Yes — every conversation lives inside Lynx. You can chat, ask questions, and confirm logistics in-app before you commit. We never swap phone numbers or push you to other platforms.
